These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of savelodeals.com (the "Site"), operated by SaveloDeals ("SaveloDeals," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What SaveloDeals is

SaveloDeals is an independent deals and promo-code aggregator. We curate publicly available discounts and promotional codes for products sold on Amazon.com and surface them on the Site. We do not sell products directly, process payments, or fulfill orders — all purchases happen on Amazon.com under Amazon's own terms.

2. Amazon Associates disclosure

SaveloDeals is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. beyond this program.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site (generally 18+, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You agree not to misuse the Site — including scraping content at scale, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
• Promo codes and links are intended for individual, personal use; we don't guarantee they'll work for resale, bulk purchasing, or any use beyond ordinary retail checkout.

4. No guarantee on deals, prices, or codes

Prices, discounts, promo codes, and availability shown on the Site are sourced from third parties (including Amazon listings and public deal communities) and can change or expire at any time, sometimes without notice. We make a reasonable effort to verify codes before publishing them, but we do not guarantee that any deal, price, or code will be accurate, available, or still valid by the time you reach checkout. Always confirm final pricing on Amazon before completing a purchase.

5. Third-party sites

The Site links to Amazon.com and other third-party sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Any transaction you complete on Amazon or elsewhere is solely between you and that third party, subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, text, and original graphics are owned by SaveloDeals or used with permission. Product names, images, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory law of your place of residence.
